A lesser-known gorge running roughly parallel to Samaria, far more solitary and wild. The Vardinogiannis Bridge spans the gorge at 138m — Greece's highest bungee jumping spot. From a nearby chapel, hiking paths fork west to Agia Roumeli or east to the beautiful Marmara Beach.
